Session: The Visibility Gap: How AI Can Redefine Women’s Leadership and Equity
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping decision-making and leadership across industries, yet too often AI is designed for efficiency rather than equity. This creates a risk of reinforcing existing barriers — particularly the persistent visibility gap faced by women leaders.
Through Women Love AI, I have piloted programs where women build AI-powered “Influence Operating Systems” — practical workflows that amplify thought leadership, uncover hidden opportunities, and strengthen professional networks. These initiatives show how AI can be reimagined not only to automate tasks but to close systemic gaps in recognition and opportunity.
In this talk, I will share lessons from these pilots and present a visionary roadmap for how AI can serve as an engine for empowerment. Attendees will leave with practical insights on how to leverage AI tools to increase visibility, influence, and impact in their own leadership journeys.
