A 30 minute Pilate session
The session will give you a chance to work on your posture, abs, glutes, back muscles and inner thighs.
A quick all-around 30-minute session - all you need is a space with room to stretch your arms wide, a wall, a shelf to hold onto and a mat.
Please join if you are a newbie (that is fine) and if you are already a Pilate lover join and do the exercises at your level.
