Session: From Silicon Valley to Silicon Allee: How I Found My Groove
Finding your groove as any leader can be challenging, especially when the majority of successful examples don't look and act like you. In this talk, I will share the learnings I've gained over my years in the US and Berlin that have helped me widen my definition of success and become a better leader.
- Just because your qualities are unique doesn't mean they're weaknesses
- To create change, we have to navigate the existing system successfully
- Hold your company accountable for what you believe in
- How my experience at Choco helped me find meaning in my work
