After I've had an accident, I needed to put the effort in recovery and show up every day. This has shown me the power of consistency and the small steps you do every day. That led to more significant results, and along the way, I managed to change my lifestyle, which improved my life quality.
During the lockdown, I've lost 25 kgs, quit smoking, built my morning routine and started Linkedin microblogging.
I want to share my learnings and practical tips while building new habits and saying goodbye to old ones., so you can start changing your life too.
