Bio: Astrid Bonk

Astrid worked for several years as Open Innovation researcher & consultant with a strong focus on innovation strategy & policy development. In this role she supported private and public organisations to think outside the box and to develop innovative, sustainable solutions.
However, Astrid came to realize that her true calling lies in the field of personal and professional development and decided to dive deeper into coaching, yoga and mindfulness. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 and is currently pursuing a degree in life & business coaching.
In 2020, she joined the female factor, a global community for (future) female leaders. As member experience lead she is dedicated to support women in paving their path towards fulfillment in both their career AND personal life.
