Titania Richard, VP Enterprise Applications at Extreme Networks

Titania Richard serves as Vice President of Enterprise Applications at Extreme Networks, where she leads strategic initiatives in software monetization, CRM modernization, and front-office process automation. With more than 20 years of experience in information technology, she brings a rich and diverse background spanning CRM, licensing, web platforms, cloud services, and business process optimization.

Over her tenure at Extreme Networks, Titania has played a pivotal role in the company’s digital transformation and its broader mission to build an inclusive and forward-thinking culture.

Titania recently spearheaded Project Butterfly, a cross-functional, strategic initiative designed to drive proactive business process improvements. This project enhances customer visibility across the end-to-end journey and boosts operational efficiency through a unified CRM infrastructure.

Prior to Extreme Networks, Titania held key roles at Enterasys and Hewlett Packard, where she built her expertise in consulting and enterprise IT solutions. She is based on the East Coast and is known for her collaborative leadership style and her commitment to authenticity, especially in championing women in the workplace.

Outside the office, Titania is a self-described enthusiast of good parties, compelling reads, and creative cocktails.

Soo Jin Oh - Chief Commercial Officer, Freewheel

Soo Jin Oh is Chief Commercial Officer at FreeWheel, a global technology platform for the TV advertising industry. In this role, Soo Jin manages all of U.S. revenue and leads FreeWheel’s strategic efforts, inclusive of partnerships and advisory services, taking a cohesive end-to-end commercial approach from strategy through execution. She also works closely with company leadership to develop strategic plans in support of achieving FreeWheel’s long-term vision, enhancing business operations and establishing strong relationships within the technology, media, and advertising landscape.

Before pivoting to CCO, Soo Jin was FreeWheel’s Chief Strategic Officer. She defined and led the company’s strategic priorities across the globe, with a focus on connecting the industry and fostering simplicity, efficiency, and scale across today and tomorrow’s complex TV marketplace.

Soo Jin brings more than 15 years of advertising industry expertise to FreeWheel, including leading strategy, product, and operations teams. She joined FreeWheel from Gamut, where she rose from Vice President, Client Strategy & Solutions to President in five years.

Prior to Gamut, Soo Jin served as a senior leader in data business and ad operations at Magnetic, IDG TechNetwork and DogTime Media, Inc. (now Evolve Media), among other roles. She began her career as an account manager at Google.

A key player in the advertising industry, Soo Jin has received numerous accolades. She was honored on Cablefax’s 2024 Diversity & Pride List and was named one of Cynopsis Media’s Top Women in Media as an Ad Tech Innovator in 2021. Additionally, during her tenure at Gamut, the company won the Best TV Ad Tech Innovation award at the 2021 Digiday Video & TV Awards. She also currently speaks at notable industry events such as Advertising Week New York and the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Soo Jin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in American studies: American business and globalization. She currently resides in New Jersey.

Cory Munchbach - Former CEO, Board Member, Martech Advisor

Cory Munchbach is a visionary executive and transformational leader with a proven track record of scaling businesses and driving customer-centric growth. As CEO of BlueConic, she successfully led the company through strategic acquisitions, operational transformations, and financial milestones as both a venture and private equity backed company. With expertise in customer experience, go-to-market strategy, and digital transformation, Cory is passionate about fostering inclusivity on high-performing teams and growing durable, resilient companies. She serves on the Board of Directors for Forrester Research (NASDAQ: FORR) and is actively involved with the Shea Center for Entrepreneurship at her alma mater, Boston College. A sought-after speaker and industry media contributor, Cory brings insightful perspectives on leadership, growth, and the evolving digital economy. Boston born, based, and biased, she loves reading and has a book recommendation for anyone who asks - and sometimes, even those who don’t.

Jesse Gilbert - Head of Business Development and Partnerships, Luma AI

Jesse Gillette is the Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Luma AI, where she leads enterprise partnerships and market expansion for the company's innovative Dream Machine platform and Ray video and Photon image foundation models. Prior to Luma, Jesse held key leadership positions including Spotify where she served as Head of Americas, SVP of Global Partnerships at Smule and led strategic partnerships at Pandora.

Andrea Zapata, VP of Advertising Data, Measurement, and Partnerships at T Mobile Ad Solutions

Andrea Zapata is the Vice President of Advertising Data, Measurement, and Partnerships at T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, where she spearheads data services, measurement, and insights products. Zapata previously served as EVP of Ad Sales Research, Measurement, and Insights at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she oversaw research across Warner Bros. Discovery’s linear and digital brands, marketplace intelligence, and outcome-focused research for advertisers. Before that, she was the Head of Research, Data, and Insights at WarnerMedia. Her career also includes significant roles such as Vice President of West Coast Sales at Vevo, where she enhanced the value of premium music videos, and leadership positions at Effectv and Hulu. At Hulu, she was instrumental in building the research practice from scratch and refining the company's go-to-market sales narrative.

Lisa Zheng
Vice President, Data & Technology Solutions
MediaLink

Lisa Zheng joins MediaLink with more than a decade of experience across marketing technology and strategy consulting. She has partnered with executives across several industries to develop growth strategies, build products, and enable integrated marketing solutions. Prior to MediaLink, Lisa spent time at Netflix as a Marketing Strategy & Operations lead and advised on social strategy, measurement, business planning, operations, and tooling. Prior to Netflix, Lisa was a director of Epsilon’s Advanced Digital Solutions consulting group. During her time there, she architected data and platform solutions and oversaw both strategic and technical implementation for Fortune 100 companies. Lisa holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BSE in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
