These three leaders are at the forefront of building technology teams that work well. Join us to hear how they are doing this today.

Bio

Moderator; Catherine Brinkman, VP of Client Experience Dale Carnegie Training of the Heartland (15 years as a sales executive and corporate trainer focusing in improving company culture and upskilling tech teams. Born and raised in Silicon Valley, she recently moved to Columbus, Ohio to run the Dale Carnegie office there. She is currently pursuing her certification in Ethics of AI: Safeguarding Humanity from MIT.)

Faylene Bell is a Senior Executive with impacting roles in advertising, financial services, telecom and high-tech industries. Faylene is currently Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Nvidia and previously worked at AT&T, Digitas, American Express, American Cancer Society and Fiserv. Faylene provides global leadership on web technology, ecommerce, personalization, and new digital experiences. She holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Marketing.

Michelle Joliat is a transformational technology leader who puts results and people first. With a background in STEM (B.Sc, M.Sc., MBA), management consulting, and entrepreneurship, Michelle has founded, grown, restructured, and saved companies. Michelle is the Senior Managing Director, Product and Delivery at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Recent prior roles include Managing Director, Project Delivery at Teachers’ and Managing Director and Head, Wealth Digitization, Robotics and Process Transformation at BMO Financial Group.

As Vice President of R&D Operations at ServiceMax, Pallavi Otawkar is responsible for leading R&D operations and a geographically dispersed organization of infrastructure operations, engineering program management, technical writing and product training teams. Among her accomplishments, she spearheaded multiple product and engineering initiatives and processes that led to significant increase in revenue and customer satisfaction, including the highest Net Promoter Score in the company’s history. Prior, she held the position of senior director of engineering program management at ServiceMax and GE Digital. She has also held various engineering management positions at Marketo, Siemens, and Ariba.
