Session: From Zero to 75,000% Growth in 3 Years
When I launched SnapNurse in 2017, I was a 49-year-old, single mother of two without a technical background. But I saw a need and was driven to help solve the national nurse shortage, which was reaching critical levels. The industry responded and SnapNurse has experienced rocketship growth –– zero to 75,000% growth in three years. In this session, I will share how I brought SnapNurse from concept to cash without a background in technology, how I’ve scaled and managed the rapid growth, and how other women can do the same regardless of age or background.
