Session: The 4-Pillar Blueprint for Scale: Leading Generative AI Transformation from Pilot to Global Enterprise
Despite a surge of experimentation following the rise of generative AI, the majority of companies remain stuck in the "micro-productivity trap"—a state characterized by fragmented pilots that fail to scale and deliver enterprise-level ROI. This stagnation persists because leaders often mistake AI adoption for a simple technology deployment rather than a comprehensive business transformation.
Despite a surge of experimentation, many organizations struggle to navigate the complexity of AI adoption, finding themselves in the "micro-productivity trap" where fragmented pilots fail to scale and deliver enterprise-level ROI. This stagnation occurs because leaders often underestimate the scope of the necessary transformation.
Drawing on my experience as the leader of my organization's AI adoption initiative, this session provides senior leaders with the actionable, four-pillar framework necessary to cross the critical chasm between isolated experiments and Stage 3: "Developing AI ways of working." This blueprint focuses on practical and strategic tactics to build a truly resilient, AI-native organization.
We will detail how to manage complexity by securing C-suite mandate, transitioning monolithic systems to a globally distributed, resilient architecture, and employing zero-based process redesign for step-change value. Critically, we will focus on the Synchronization pillar: sharing proven strategies to champion "human-machine symbiosis" and "skills amplification", turning the workforce into orchestrated, intent-driven teams. I will also cover the essential framework for Stewardship, discussing how to operationalize trust through compliance standards like the NIST AI RMF and principles derived from the EU AI Act. Attendees will gain the strategic tools to lead AI adoption as a comprehensive organizational change, not just a technical deployment.Attendees will learn how to leverage my 18+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership to secure an executive leadership mandate, drive zero-based process redesign, and build the empowered, future-ready teams necessary to transform AI from a series of experiments into a core engine of sustained competitive advantage.
