Session: Leadership Through Ambiguity
Entrepreneurship is complex and risky in regular times; add a pandemic into the mix and you'll find yourself at the center of the vortex. But weathering the storm -- no matter when, how, or what comes your way -- is a constant and consistent part of the journey. As an entrepreneur, mother, and remote-first business owner for over 20+ years, Debbie Kiederer will explore the impact and necessity of leadership through times of uncertainty and ambiguity; how the future of work needs to reflect current climates and hold space for future change; and steps to implement leadership that encourages accountability, fosters intuition and autonomy, and mitigates fear-based decision making.
