Bio
A leader of transformation in the technology industry. With over 25 years of professional experience, she has been at the helm of team management in global IT enterprises since 2000. During her tenure at Capgemini starting in 2007, she spearheaded sales, marketing, and large-scale outsourcing endeavors across the Benelux region and the German-speaking DACH countries. Serving as Vice President overseeing Cloud Infrastructure Services in Central Europe marked her final role at Capgemini. Transitioning to ServiceNow in 2019, she assumed the role of Chief of Staff EMEIA, contributing to the organization's long-term strategic planning efforts. Since March 2021, she has played a crucial role at EY, where she directs the global strategy and development of ServiceNow Go-to-Market initiatives. Ewa holds degrees from both Polish and German universities, specializing in literature and the German language.
