It is about consistently putting yourself and your emotional, mental and physical wellness first--everyday. In this presentation, you will learn how to honor your needs and desires in healthy, life-giving ways...whether that entails going into individual therapy with a licensed professional to deal with deep-seated issues and habits or hiring a personal or career coach to hold you accountable.
