Session: Building Effective Mentorship Programs

This session presents strategies for building effective mentorship programs that can be applied at multiple levels, from mentoring colleagues at the team level, to building programs across the organization, to inspiring the next generation of engineers through outreach. Mentoring programs are valuable tools for promoting inclusion and career development, particularly for women and other underrepresented groups in STEM fields. Leveraging learnings from existing mentoring initiatives at Intel, we will highlight key elements important for creating productive and fulfilling mentorship programs with high success rates.
