Bio
Kelly Jura is a design trailblazer with a career marked by influential contributions to design, marketing, software, and user experience. Her professional journey evolved in UX and CX roles design due to her empathetic problem-solving and strategic mindset that delves into the intricate relationship between consumer behaviors, perceptions, and technology interaction.
Kelly currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Qwoted, where she leads as a product and design innovator. In this role, Kelly uncovers meaningful insights that drive the evolution of the product experience. Her work aligns customer needs with intuitive design, ensuring the platform delivers exceptional value to its users.
Kelly’s impact is evident through several patents for proprietary design processes, and she is among the select few women who are MIT-certified in human-computer interaction for UX design. She is also NN/g certified in User Experience Management and is a Certified ScrumMaster.
Prior to Qwoted, as the Vice President of Brand and User Experience at ScreenPal, Kelly championed asynchronous video communication for educators and students. With the user at the core of her efforts, she spearheaded research and analysis to inform and enhance the design and function of existing products and pioneer new pathways in facilitating learning. Under Kelly’s leadership, ScreenPal underwent a transformation aimed at communicating, in a friendly and approachable manner, how ScreenPal enhances communication and education through video technology.
Before joining ScreenPal, Kelly was the Creative Director of Brand and UX at HealthFleet. In this role, she directed the company’s brand strategy and shaped SaaS applications.
Kelly’s influence extends beyond the corporate arena. She has been featured in several industry publications and serves on the board of the Design Management Institute (DMI). As a presenter and educator in her own right, Kelly speaks regularly at events such as WomenTechNetwork’s Global Conference, has hosted multiple master classes for the IxDF, and has been a guest lecturer at institutions like CalPoly’s College of Liberal Arts, Columbia University, and CUNY’s Kingsborough College.
