Kristy is an integrative leadership coach, DEI consultant, and keynote speaker who is passionate about helping clients live their best lives, by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. She has over 15 years of experience as a leader, trainer, and strategist in a multitude of industries. Her background includes spearheading innovative learnings that focus on fostering safe spaces to welcome difficult conversations, addressing systemic and implicit bias, building cultural awareness, and driving inclusion strategies to help facilitate effective integration across differences. She is passionate about cultivating transformative and inclusive workplaces, creating impactful experiences, and the overall health and wellness betterment of employees.
