This session will address how women can become confident, compassionate leaders in male-dominated organizations and industries, recognizing roadblocks and navigating them to lead effectively and authentically.

Strategies shared will be based on Lisa's experience in a number of areas. Lisa spent most of her career as a tech executive leading teams to deliver large-scale, global technology products and to complete transformational organization-wide projects. She is a startup mentor and coach and has worked with dozens of women in tech to help them overcome what may be holding them back from achieving their most heartfelt goals as effective leaders.
