Seven years ago, my company reached a critical crossroads. Our leadership team was misaligned, uncertain, and struggling to move forward. Lisa Jasper is a seasoned executive leader and client partner with over 25 years of experience helping organizations align leadership, navigate complex transformations, and drive strategic clarity. She has worked with C-level executives across industries, including insurance, utilities, telecommunications, financial services, non-profits, retail, and software.Currently serving as Managing Vice President of Solutions and Industries at Pariveda, Lisa leads a national team of senior subject matter experts focused on thought leadership, capability development, and delivering high-impact solutions for clients. Prior to this, she was the Co-Founder and CEO of Thought Ensemble, where she spearheaded business transformation initiatives, co-authored Reboot: Competing with Technology Strategy, and guided the company's successful integration with Pariveda.
Her expertise spans organizational strategy, leadership alignment, business transformation, and technology planning. She has a passion for helping leaders tackle tough conversations, align diverse perspectives, and create resilient, high-performing teams.
