Manisha Dhawan is an ICF-accredited coach, facilitator, speaker, and author with over 2 decades of experience across multiple roles and industries. She started her career in her family business, Applied Membranes, where she had the opportunity to work in every function. From there, Manisha spent several years at organizations including PwC, Deloitte, and Slalom leading global digital transformation and change management initiatives.Manisha played a pivotal role in launching Taco Bell’s delivery, kiosk, e-commerce, and mobile app programs as part of their first digital innovation team. She is passionate about the intersection of people and technology.
Through her company MPath Coaching, Manisha helps people develop leadership skills and build high-performing teams. She empowers individuals and organizations with customized coaching and training on topics including emotional intelligence, agility, and effective communication.
Manisha holds a B.S. in Chemistry and MBA from UC Irvine, and her coaching certificate from iPEC. She is an EverythingDiSC authorized partner, certified in Emotional Intelligence and Design Thinking.
