How to manage transformation with automized processes within in a strong regulated financial industry like Germany?To create a real value for the market and therefore have a great transformation it is necessary to consider all different areas not only the value proposition for customers but also regulatory aspects and legal frameworks.
Europace has the mission “finance with ease” for retail mortgages. Therefore we recently launched the first automized rule engine that allows banks to make automized decisions for retail mortgages in Germany.
In her talk Miriam will share her journey she and her amazing cross-functional team had until now. With her team she was able to convince banks to buy the product and make it accessible to the market. Today Europace is facing the “typical” challenges of the phase of a product market fit.

Miriam is Lead and Product Manager at Europace, where she recently launched an instant decision engine machine for the German retail mortgage market, which is one of the newest and most innovative product right now.Before that she was working for different Fintechs like Raisin (Raisin DS) and Raisin Bank. In her heart Miriam is also a banker since she was working in the industry for around 10 years and made different experiences in German Banks and on Wall Street.
