Session: Women Who Stay Human in a World Run by AI: The New Power Revolution

For decades, leadership models encouraged women to disconnect from essential parts of themselves, intuition, emotional depth, empathy, softness, and sensitivity, in order to fit into systems designed without them in mind. Men, too, were conditioned to suppress their emotional intelligence and inner clarity, rewarded instead for certainty, performance, and control. Both genders were asked to lead with only half of their humanity.
AI has now exposed a profound truth:
everything we taught humans to suppress is precisely what machines cannot replicate.
Empathy, intuitive judgment, emotional clarity, relational intelligence, presence, and creativity, once dismissed as “soft skills”, are becoming the defining leadership advantages of the next decade.
Women, after a lifetime of navigating complexity, expectations, emotional labor, and dual identities, have been unconsciously developing the very capacities the future of leadership demands. Not because they are better, but because they have lived in the tension between two worlds, and tension builds strength.

Key Takeaways

  • A new leadership blueprint: why emotional intelligence, intuition, empathy, and presence are the top power skills in an AI-driven world.
  • A deep reframing of “feminine leadership energy” as a strategic advantage, not a weakness.
  • Clarity on how to lead with their full self, not the half-version that corporate conditioning trained them to be.
  • Tools to strengthen emotional mastery and stay grounded under pressure.
  • A framework to integrate both strength and softness for more impactful decision-making.

Bio

As VP of People Experience & Inclusion at Chess.com, one of the world’s largest digital platforms with a fully remote team across 65+ countries, she builds cultures where performance and humanity rise together.
A certified executive coach and internationally recognized voice on human-centered leadership, Myriam blends strategy, emotional intelligence, and lived transformation. After rebuilding her life from zero, she now teaches leaders how to operate with clarity, courage, and the kind of emotional mastery AI can’t replicate.
Her work sits at the intersection of culture, psychology, technology, and the feminine, a space where intuition becomes intelligence, empathy becomes strategy, and authenticity becomes a catalyst for high performance.
Myriam’s message is simple and bold:
AI won’t replace human leaders, but it will expose which ones are brave enough to lead with their whole self.
