Session: The cost of a mistake on the example of aircraft accidents

In any industry and at any level of the life cycle, it is important to identify mistakes in the very beginning and try to fix them.

And we never stop creating tools for finding and fixing errors. But this is an eternal race for safety and work stability, in which you should never declare yourself a winner.

I will demonstrate the cost of a mistake using one of the most infamous events in aviation. Any air crash is a series of errors. And these crashes are the result of design, testing and operation errors. How mistakes in aviation are recorded and why IT structure has become an essential part of the aviation industry.

This recording is not available yet.
