Nisha Acharya is an Assistant Director with EY America's Talent Team who has 14+ years of experience in Technology recruiting, Talent pipeline development, Strategic sourcing, and Candidate management. She is passionate about leveraging AI , driving Innovation, and fostering mentorship to empower Women in Tech. She is an EY Certified Facilitator that has had the privilege of leading the firms two significant programs - Recruiting Top Talent program and Welcome to EY, where she empowers teams to identify and attract exceptional candidates.Terry Beasley is an Assistant Director with EY for nine years primarily in the Fintech space focused on recruiting top technology talent across all tech stacks and levels. She is dedicated to an exceptional candidate experience and works to build long term relationships with future talent for EY. Terry is a champion for Women in Technology STEM Talent .
She also acts as an EY Trainer delivering Welcome to EY and Leadership classes, Recruiting Top Talent. Terry achieved her EY Badge in Applied AI.
