However, her connection with the country deepened, leading her to establish roots. With a career spanning more than two decades in technology, Patricia currently serves as the Head of the Delivery Unit of the Digital Platform at Prosieben, a prominent entertainment and commerce enterprise in German-speaking regions. She brings a wealth of experience in building and scaling agile practices from the ground up transforming project chaos into clarity while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Amidst her professional accomplishments, Patricia's greatest feat lies in her role as a mother, especially navigating the complexities of raising her neurodiverse son.
