Session: Not your average "Impostor Syndrome" Session

What do you do when you have progressed through your career, ended up in management, and are doing well? You completely switch fields within your career path and start all over again! Join me for a guided tour of best practices to navigate this land mine of actual impostor-y goodness and how to conquer the feelings (that are very real) about being an impostor in your new role.

This recording is not available yet.

Bio: Rebecca Goodman

I am a federal employee wanting to make a difference. With experience in cloud architecture (now), UX design, program development, and team management, I specialize in coaching and guiding engineers, growing teams, working with stakeholders to surface their most important needs -- yet here I am running around in cloud-land and applying my UX skills to our cloud architecture. Because growth!
