Santoshi is an AI and Business Professional with a focus on strategic growth, transformation and social impact. An aspiring leader, advocate for women in AI, and public speaker, she is passionate about empowering others to create impact and grow in their careers. As one of the youngest Leadership Associates at RBC, Santoshi has spearheaded successful initiatives such as the AI Strategy, laid the foundation for AI Risk Assurance, and driven operational efficiencies through key strategic initiatives. She was also a core member of RBC’s Brain Team, ranked #2 in North America for Responsible AI. Santoshi worked at the Vector Institute, Canada’s largest AI institute, where she collaborated with enterprises, regulators, academia, and startups on AI transformation projects. She has led teams to delivered multi-million dollar impact for Fortune 500 clients as a Data Science Consultant and has published her work with IEEE and other prominent platforms.
