The future of work is now, the vision of a robot for every person is becoming real and a top priority on many companies agenda as new technologies such as RPA promise high productivity, cost efficiency and better customer experience. RPA is taking many industries by storm and this technology is here to stay, the people who will win and survive in the 4IR economy and beyond are the ones who are open to the new changes of using Bots, which shortly will become the new normal for every organisation. How will human beings be impacted working side by side with robots?

Bio

Sarah Luyele Njamu is the CEO and founder of Compu-Connect Education, a Johannesburg (South Africa) based Digital Transformation and Innovation Company that specialises in: E-learning with LMS Development, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Security solutions, Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) Leadership Training and Robotics with Coding for schools. She is also a Global conference speaker, Digital Transformation Specialist, Facilitator, Trainer, Business Coach and Tech Starter Up Mentor. Her career experience spans over 22 years, backed by an MBA and qualifications in Education. Sarah L. Njamu has extensive experience in sales, customer care, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), marketing, change management, project management, leadership training, Robotic Process Automation Implementation (RPAi), Artificial Intelligence chatbots implementation and Learning Management system (LMS) implementation with e-learning content development. Sarah and her Team have designed an inclusive Coding and Robotics solution that enables teachers to teach Coding and Robotics in any child’s mother tongue at foundation level in Africa. Sarah brings a great wealth of experience and exposure from working in the African markets. She is also a Global Ambassador for WomenTech Network.
In 2020 Sarah Luyele Njamu was honoured to be named among the 100 faces of women role models in Tech by a Germany based Digital blog Media.
In 2021 Sarah was selected by Deloitte Africa to mentor Women Tech Startups, a program run through Women in Africa (WIA)
In 2021, WomenTech Networks nominated Sarah Luyele Njamu for the following global awards: Global Technology Leadership Award, Digital Transformation Leader of the Year and Women Tech Ambassador of the Year
