Bio
Shelley Westman is a prominent leader in diversity & inclusion, cybersecurity, and growth transformation. She is currently Vice President at Kyndryl, an IT infrastructure services provider. Previously, she led transformation at Wolfspeed and was a Partner at EY focusing on cybersecurity and risk. Shelley spent 18 years at IBM in various roles, including VP of Operations & Strategic Initiatives at IBM Security, where she founded the "WISE" group. She has received multiple awards for her contributions and is a frequent public speaker. Shelley holds a JD from the University of North Carolina and an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
