Session: De-Biasing Recruitment in Tech

Recruiting the best of the best and tapping into 100% of the talent pool is the smart thing and the right thing to do. However, unconscious biases at the organizational and individual level can get in the way of a fair and equitable hiring process. In her session, Siri will share practical, evidence-based strategies to level the playing field in tech recruitment and create inclusive and diverse organizations. This session is designed for anyone - founders/executives, managers, and HR professionals - involved in recruitment activities, and no preparation is needed.
