Trish Martin is the Regional Managing Director for Monstarlab, overseeing operations across the Americas. With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation consulting, product management, customer experience (CX) research and design, and business strategy, Trish is renowned for her ability to drive innovation and build high-impact products, services, and practices from incubation to scale. Her expertise spans multiple industries, making her a versatile leader in the technology space.Before joining Monstarlab, Trish led the Business Hacking practice at Globant, where she designed and implemented transformative digital programs. She also held leadership roles such as Vice President of Product Management at The Achievement Network and Director of Assessment Software Products at Measurement Inc.
Trish holds a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and actively serves on several non-profit boards and advisory groups focused on education equity, evaluation, and innovation. Her passion lies in creating products and services that deliver measurable and sustainable value for customers and businesses alike.
A resident of Raleigh, NC, and an avid Wolfpack fan, Trish balances her professional achievements with her dedication to community service and her enthusiasm for advancing education and innovation.
