Yousra Magouri is a CRM and MarTech leader with over 18 years of experience delivering innovative marketing technology solutions at global companies including Expedia Group, Salesforce, Microsoft, and eBay. She currently leads CRM Engineering at Expedia, where she spearheaded the development of UMP 2.0 and launched a GenAI-powered internal support chatbot.
Recognized as Mentor of the Year (2024) and Tunisian Diaspora Female Leader (2023), Yousra is deeply passionate about inclusive leadership, digital innovation, and mentorship. She is the founder of the Open Minds Project, a nonprofit empowering youth and women—particularly in North Africa—through education, mentorship, and community programs such as the ELLEvate Summit and the WOmentoring Global Experience.
