Session: How To Engage and Recruit Male Allies

Women in Tech still face significant barriers, and with some tech leaders currently attacking DEI, it's a challenging time to be a minority in the industry.

However, advancing gender equity something that benefits everyone, and inspiring and recruiting male allies to advocate for change is an important part of coming together to collaborate and unite.

In this talk, Lee Chambers shares how he moved from a typical tech founder bloke to a renowned male ally, his latest research on the barriers to effective allyship, and how to get men involved in engaging in effective allyship.

Key Takeaways

  • How To Recruit Male Allies
  • Barrier to Men Engaging in Inclusion
  • The Business Case for Allyship
  • How To Align Allyship with Leadership
