Nyree Basdeo is an award-winning Management Consultant and Organisational Change Management specialist. She has worked within the tech industry for 15+ years and is experienced in leading complex and large-scale digital transformation programmes with the golden thread of winning hearts and minds. Her expertise is helping clients to successfully embed a range of Tech, Data and AI solutions within their organisations, by blending people’s skills with the solution to unlock greater ingenuity.
Nyree is passionate about helping people realise their potential and reducing inequalities, and often delivers key note speeches on this topic to inspire others and drive action. She is a mentor and ambassador for Women in STEM and volunteers as a UN Women UK delegate at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. She also volunteers for a social enterprise that advances social mobility by empowering young diverse people from all backgrounds to reach their career aspirations.
