Bio
Silvia Gallitto is the Deputy CEO of Sistech, the leading European non-profit supporting displaced women in accessing tech and digital opportunities, where she oversees initiatives that empower refugee women to access and thrive in tech careers, driving the organization’s global vision for a more inclusive and diverse digital workforce. She has extensive experience in digital and tech innovation, having worked within startups and international businesses. She has also served as a board member for PWN, a European association focused on accelerating leadership across business and society.
Ranim Aldaghestani is a Syrian-born digital project manager and former media
professional, currently based in France.
With a background in journalism and digital content creation, she has worked with major media platforms like Euronews and contributed to regional digital initiatives at BNP Paribas. Passionate about inclusion and empowerment through technology, Ranim supports young content creators and entrepreneurs by coaching them in digital storytelling and communication strategies.
A proud former Sistech Fellow, she brings a cross-cultural perspective shaped by her journey as a woman rebuilding her career in Europe.
