Working in tech means navigating a fast-paced, high-pressure and often energy-draining environment. With constant performance demands, mental overload, and work-life balance challenges, how can we optimise our impact without compromising well-being?
With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, I’ve experienced these challenges firsthand. Now, as a professional coach, I help women to master their energy and use it strategically to achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.
In this talk, I’ll introduce an approach inspired by high-performance athlete training and a research-backed measurement of personal energy, developed by iPEC coaching.
This approach is based on mastering our 4 personal energy resources – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual:
-How each energy source works and its role in performance and resilience

- How to leverage these insights to maximise impact and train your energy sources like muscles to build performance

I have over twenty years experience as an engineer and senior leader in international engineering organisations. I specialised in transformation and continuous improvement. I am now a business owner and trained professional coach who works with women and leaders to develop their impact and personal growth.
