Bio
Warda Baïliche is an entrepreneur at heart and an eternal optimist-pragmatist. President and founder of BAULD.
After several consulting roles in Luxembourg, Belgium and France, she founded BAULD in Paris, a consulting company with expertise in data and AI, deploying strategies like squads, with a 360-degree view and simple, effective implementation. Warda also initiates several innovation projects while contributing to changing ways of thinking for an ever more competitive France. In June 2024, she became politically involved as a candidate for the French Legislative elections in Paris, with the Divers-Centre label, independent of any political party.
At the same time, she is the author of her first essay “L'humain à l'ère de l'IA”, which has several ambitions, including refocusing the human at the center of technological debates and reflections. This book was ranked 12th in September 2024 among Amazon bestsellers in the “Major Issues” category.
A true visionary when it comes to imagining a new world, identifying the possibilities offered by an environment while driving positive change in an organization, she is committed to initiating several large-scale programs in France and abroad.
In her view, in a globalizing, transforming world, where everything moves faster and faster, a paradigm shift is more than necessary.
