In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?

The best part of working in tech is turning ambiguity into meaning. I love taking messy problems, grounding them in data, and designing solutions that actually help people. That challenge has shaped every career decision I’ve made.

My Tech Career Milestone

Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?

A defining moment for me was launching 3 Standard Deviations. Helping organizations move from AI hype to real, human-centered outcomes and teaching the next generation to do the same has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my career.

From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?

My advice to women in tech: learn the language of both strategy and engineering, communicate your impact clearly, and stay grounded in your ethical compass. And find mentors early, but don’t forget to become one, too.
