Being recognized as a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner is deeply meaningful to me. It reinforces my belief that what once seems impossible becomes achievable through persistence, learning, and resilience.
This recognition reflects not only my personal journey, but also the collective influence of mentors, colleagues, and teams who shaped my growth, especially during challenging phases. Rather than dwelling on failures, I chose to learn from them, knowing that stagnation can make future opportunities invisible.
My optimism and continuous learning mindset enabled me to unlock my potential and apply AI and data science in ways that create tangible business impact, particularly within the financial and business domains. This award affirms that sustained effort, curiosity, and purpose-driven innovation can lead to meaningful change in the tech ecosystem.
Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry is the constant opportunity to learn, evolve, and apply skills in a domain driven by innovation and purpose. This environment pushed me to continuously upskill and deepen my expertise, shaping a career grounded in adaptability and impact.
Equally fulfilling has been the opportunity to mentor early-career professionals and collaborate with senior leaders, including C-suite executives. These experiences strengthened my leadership perspective, broadened my understanding of business-driven technology, and influenced my transition from an individual contributor to a mentor and strategic thinker in the AI and data science space.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
One defining and highly impactful moment in my tech career was the opportunity to work with a Fortune 100 client and learn directly from C-suite business leaders about large-scale B2B operations, particularly in Product analytics, pricing and revenue optimization.
As the Data Science Lead, I led the deployment of machine learning models into production and witnessed their significant, measurable business impact. Alongside this, driving Responsible AI initiatives ensuring ethical data usage, model transparency, and robust governance has been especially meaningful and remains a key professional achievement for me.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
My advice to women aspiring to build a successful career in tech is to never hesitate to take measured risks. Growth often begins outside the comfort zone.
Consistency is the key. Steady effort over time builds expertise, confidence, and long-term success. Stay motivated, keep learning, and continuously upgrade your skills to remain relevant in a fast-evolving industry.
Equally important is knowing when to pause. When you feel exhausted or run out of ideas, take a break, recharge, and prioritize self-care. Spend quality time with your family, reflect, and reconnect with your goals.
Maintaining the right balance between personal and professional life enables sustainable success and true happiness without sacrificing either.

I would recommend the WomenTech Network to my colleagues and my broader social media network, particularly women who aspire to grow and lead in technology.
