    Reflecting on My Journey

As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?

This recognition is deeply meaningful because it reflects a collective journey rather than an individual one. My work in enterprise technology and AI has always been grounded in building high-performance teams capable of transforming complex industries, especially in energy, where operational, regulatory and safety demands are exceptionally high.

Being named a Global Chief in Tech Leader of the Year validates the impact of our work: delivering real outcomes, shaping new operating models and expanding the role of technology in sectors where innovation must coexist with critical infrastructure.

It also reinforces something I strongly believe in: leadership is not about being the most visible person in the room but about creating the conditions for people to perform at their absolute best. This award is a reflection of that philosophy.

    Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?

Technology gives us the unique ability to turn complexity into clarity. That is what I find most rewarding — the opportunity to solve real problems that move industries forward, improve safety, reduce environmental impact and unlock operational efficiency on a scale few other fields allow.

Working in tech has shaped my entire career by constantly forcing me to evolve. The pace of innovation demands discipline, strategic thinking, and the humility to learn continuously. It’s an environment where results matter, ideas compete on merit, and where the work we do can redefine what is possible for entire sectors. That combination has kept me challenged, inspired and deeply committed to this industry.

    My Tech Career Milestone

Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?

A defining moment was leading the transformation of a major energy client by establishing an AI and digital engineering model that not only modernized operations but became a reference point for the entire sector. Within two years, the program expanded dramatically, delivered measurable ROI, and demonstrated the power of combining domain depth with advanced technology.

What made it meaningful wasn’t just the scale or the innovation. It was watching our team grow into a cohesive, trusted partner capable of solving problems that previously seemed unsolvable. It fundamentally changed how our clients saw the role of technology, and it elevated the expectations of what strong delivery and leadership can achieve together.
