Aastha is currently working as the Lead CyberSecurity Instructor at Flatiron School. Since the time she started her master’s program in Information Security Management, she has been connecting the dots and moving ahead. Aastha has worked in IAM, Vulnerability Management, and SIEM domain with an overall experience of 5 years in CyberSecurity. She is the founder of CyberPreserve which aims to provide CyberSecurity training, career guidance & resume assessments.

Being a strong community supporter, she has recently initiated a Lean-in circle (Breaking Barriers Women in Cybersecurity- Lean in Circle) of learnings that focuses on confidence building, nurturing relationships, and success hacks in a fireside chat environment. She is also a committee member of OWASP WIA.
She has been a speaker in conferences like OWASP Global AppSec 2020, Tech(K)now Day 2021, Day of Shecurity 2021 and many other meetups.
