Anahit Sargsyan is in IT industry already 16 years in ASIC Physical Design field. Anahit joined to Synopsys as Intern while being 4th grade BS student in Microelectronic Design and within 16th years she reached to Mgr II level successfully driving a group with 10 employee.
She lectured Digital Design flow curriculum in different universities with Synopsys Educational Program for a few years, but due to the pandemic situation and working from home she left this part of her career path.
In the work she valued technical skills equal to the personal skills as you have to work with different people, groups and customers. So besides working hard to be on the top of the new projects she also paying much attention into the interpersonal relationships in her team as well as with other team members to build healthy atmosphere.
