I am developing point-to-point cultural transformational and change management projects in big-scale companies, SMEs, and international organizations. Since 2015, as Founder of IF Consultancy and 2017, as a Business Partner of Great Place to Work Institute of Turkey, has a track record of working with cross-cultural teams in a multi-national company environment. Before consultancy, gained experience in establishing and managing human resources functions to create value and achieve business objectives in different sectors such as consultancy, telecommunication & technology, finance, and insurance. Took the Certificate of Coaching in Solution Focus from Erickson Coaching School, affiliated with ICF. Served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Psychological Association (TPD) between 2016 and 2018. Represented my country in the domestic and international arena as the United Nations (UN) 2016-2017 as Change Champion. Worked as Part-Time Lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University in the master of graduate studies program as responsible for the courses of «Job, Vocational, and Career Counseling» and «Assessment, Training, Development, and Change in Organizations».
