I am a devoted people leader with extensive experience in Resource Management, Programme/Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management. I have been very fortunate to be able to devote my time to developing and leading internal cultural & people focused programmes (including employee resource groups) and the further integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of our business in almost every role I have held.
In my current role, I have expanded my remit to lead the Resource and Operations Management of Professional Services in the EMEA and APAC regions, managing the teams I had created. I operate on a global strategic level – developing frameworks and programmes dedicated to improving the overall internal working culture, project delivery, and consultant development and performance, leading to optimal outcomes for our customers. I continue to keep a hands-on role with personal mentorship and internal development meetings to inform these strategies and ensure that they are beneficial at every level of the company’s operations.
