Zaher Al-Sai

Assistant Professor of Big Data and the Founder of Big Data Minds MENA

Dr.Zaher Ali Al- Sai received the B.S. degree in computer science from the Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and the MBA (Hons.) in e-government Technology from Florida University and BAU. She completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science in the field of study of Big Data Software Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She is currently an assistant professor at Al- Zaytoonah University of Jordan. Her current research interests include Big Data, Big Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Business Information Technology, Software process improvement, Big Data Engineering, Big Data development, Big Data Readiness, Maturity Assessment, and Evidence-based Software Engineering. She is an Ambassador of Women in Data Science (WiDS) at Stanford University and a global ambassador of the WomenTech network. Also, she is the founder of many non-profit communities’ initiatives related to Big Data, Data Science, and AI.
