Our Team operates within the ZeroTrust Security Group, which develops and maintains cutting-edge security solutions for Akamai enterprise customers. In close collaboration with Development, Product, Support, and Sales Engineering teams, our primary mission is to enable the business to produce high-quality and secure products, enhance the security features of our products and ensure robust protection for our customers.

As a Senior Software Engineer II, you'll develop and maintain web applications and cloud services. Focusing on the FedRAMP program and other similar standards. As a Software Engineer Senior II, you will be responsible for:

• Building new products and/or enhance existing products for 'Zero Trust' solution
• Designing, developing, validating, maintaining, releasing, and operating AngularJS, HTML and CSS implementations and NodeJS and/or python based backend applications.
• Reviewing all technical documents pertaining to requirements, design, and architecture
• Taking complete ownership of your designated work from design to deployment
• Participating in technical meetings and bring innovation into every solution being shipped
• Being proactive, solve hard problems with high success rate

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 7 Years of experience with MTech/ME/BTech/BE in Computer Science or related field
• Demonstrate good experience in software development and design
• Have proficiency in TypeScript, developing rich TypeScript web applications and reusable UI components.
• Experience in UI technologies such as AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3 and familiar with general concepts of responsiveness
• Have working knowledge with RESTful APIs with modern authorization mechanisms and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
