Session: Cloud Transformation through the HashiStack: a CSM's perspective
You can expect a short presentation of HashiCorp (achieving IPO in December 2021), its recent growth and current career opportunities.
I will briefly go through its portfolio of products (Terraform, Vault, Consul and more) and how they enable multi cloud transformation for teams of any size and any step of the journey they are at.
Then, I will share my personal experience as a CSM working with customers and providing added value to their engagements with HashiCorp, touching upon the challenges of working with practitioners from DevSecOps teams, as well as management representatives and how to tailor conversations based on your audience.
I believe there's more to career roles than the distinction of technical vs non-technical: you can be technically literate, curious, aware, understand the challenges that the tech is trying to solve, and work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve their desired outcomes.
p.s. you might also hear from a few other women working in HashiCorp and even have the chance to win a HashiCorp branded swag box.
Bio
I'm 28 and live in Leeds, UK, where I moved with my husband in 2019. I've been working as a Customer Success Manager at HashiCorp (fully remote) since November 2021, having previously worked in a similar role for 2 and a half years at Canonical (also remote). Before that, I lived and worked in Brno, Czech Republic in a fantastic multicultural office of Red Hat, but am originally from Moldova. In my spare time I love to read, take walks by the river and shop for fresh produce at the local farmer's market.
