Fatima Oguz is a Director of Engineering in Qualcomm Core Technologies Product and Software Platform Solutions organization, and she also serves as the President of Qualcomm Women Employee Network, San Diego Chapter. Fatima has been leading a dynamic team responsible for architecting and driving Continuous Integration solution that empowers seamless generation of Qualcomm software in both cloud and on-premises environments. Fatima's leadership ensures cost effective rapid development, quality assurance and secure management of Qualcomm software. Fatima holds Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science from NYU, and MS degree in Software Engineering
from Brandeis University. In addition to her engineering role, Fatima's commitment and dedication to enriching the professional journeys of 3,500 person strong employee network has been nothing short of extraordinary. She plays pivotal role in advancing gender equity, fostering professional growth, and creating a supportive community for women at Qualcomm. Her shared goal for Qualcomm Women is to empower its members while simultaneously enhancing Qualcomm's business outcomes through diversity, inclusion, and talent development. Fatima also serves on Athena STEM Women Board, a distinguished global women advocacy organization dedicated to propelling women in STEM into leadership roles. Sri Cressy brings nearly three decades of engineering excellence and leadership to her role as Director of Engineering at Qualcomm. Her academic achievements include a BSEE from Georgia Institute of Technology and further professional development through a mini-MBA from Rutgers University. As a dedicated board member of the women's employee network at Qualcomm, Sri is deeply invested in mentorship, sponsorship, and coaching programs designed to unlock the potential within individuals. Beyond her professional and advocacy roles, Sri is passionate about environmental conservation to make a positive impact both within and outside the technology sector. Sabrina Ratheekan is a Director of Enterprise Technology at Walmart Global Tech leading leading enterprise technology team. This team manages enterprise level applications and systems supporting finance , HR , legal, compliance and supply chain teams, improving productivity and speed. Sabrina has been in Product management for over 14 years working in Telecommunication and retail primarily. Her Product Journey started in the Telecommunication Industry launching mobile commerce based solutions to cater to the needs of growing economies.
