In my talk, I will share some of my own personal experiences and learnings about how change has to come from within. How I totally lost sight of who I was, my turning point and steps I took to be my own change maker and own it for myself.

Bio
As an IT professional for over 25 years, I have travelled the highs and lows of being a woman in the tech space. Experienced career defining moments and fallen flat on my face too! In my personal life, I have loved, laughed and lost. Through my journey, I have learnt and experienced that change has to come from within and that I had to own it to make it happen.I am passionate about inspiring women in tech to be courageous and bold, to believe in who they are, to stand tall and to own it for themselves! I do this through coaching, mentoring and speaking out.
