From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to aspiring women in tech to establish a successful career?
Firstly, a good educational background is needed, along with additional courses and certifications, so that they are constantly up-to-date with the latest tools and trends. Secondly, it’s a good idea to find a mentor and develop adequate soft skills. Women aspiring to pursue a career in tech should make wise career decisions by adapting to work trends and the changes in the job market. These women have to always bear in mind that the chosen field is extremely demanding and highly competitive, primarily led by men, so they should aim for work-life balance first, while not allowing disregard and disparaging attitude, and never settling down with a lower position or lower pay range than men in the same position.
My golden advice is: no position or company can bring back the priceless lost moments of personal life, and every company can and will continue running with/without a particular employee!

From my experience, the most essential advice I would offer to women aspiring to build a successful career in tech is to stay confident in your abilities, seek continuous learning, and build a supportive network.
First, don’t underestimate your potential. Tech can sometimes feel like an intimidating field, but remember that your unique perspective is invaluable, and everyone starts somewhere. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and always seek opportunities to learn and grow. The industry moves fast, and staying curious and adaptable is key to long-term success.
Second, actively invest in developing technical skills and knowledge, but also focus on soft skills—like communication, collaboration, and problem-solving—that are equally important. Building both technical and leadership capabilities will set you apart and open doors for growth.
Lastly, find mentors and surround yourself with a supportive network of peers, both men and women. Having a mentor who understands the challenges you face can be incredibly helpful for navigating career decisions and overcoming obstacles.
