Join us for an inspiring evening at the WomenTech Cyprus meetup. This event is dedicated to empowering women in the tech industry and fostering a community of support, growth, and mentorship.
First, Tanya Romanyukha, COO at TechIsland, will share the future plans of the Cyprus chapter. Then, with the help of moderator Gala Grigoreva, CMO at Adsterra, we will have a fantastic mentorship panel featuring the following speakers:
Ance Gricmane, Founder of Emotion Lab, will share her experience as a mentee in both accelerators and incubators, and as a mentor at the University of Applied Sciences.
Aikaterini Fotopoulou, HR Manager at GOLDENPAROS TRADING, will speak about how mentoring impacted her professional growth.
Katya Solov, Founder of Miranna, will cover topics such as the different types of mentoring, the uniqueness of woman-to-woman mentoring, in-house mentoring programs, finding a mentor, becoming a mentor, and preparing for mentoring sessions.
After the panel discussion, we'll have time for networking and connecting with fellow women in tech, enjoying a glass of prosecco and finger food.
