Cyber ​​is a field where flexible schedules and remote work can be applied. BUT it is a very competitive field, which involves many certifications and laboratories.

On a global level, there are barriers to overcome for a cyber woman
1. the cost of certifications
2. the language
3. advanced experience required for mid-level jobs.

That is why it is more realistic to encourage high school girls and students to choose a cyber career, than women who are going through a reconversion / career update.
